Sake making has been handed down from generation to generation in this area since 1804 (the first year of Bunka era).
As time goes by, the methods used to make sake and the forms of
sake sought have evolved.
The traditional taste of sake is still alive with the flavor of local fresh water
and good quality rice.
You can learn about the basic process of sake production and experience
this first hand.
The tour will also take you to the brewing site to experience the depth
of sake making, which is shrouded in secrecy.
